Welcome to High Potential Coaching, operated by Kaitlynn Littlefield. By accessing this website or purchasing coaching services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or services.
1. Coaching Services Disclaimer
High Potential Coaching provides personal development and mindset coaching services intended for educational and supportive purposes only.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention.
Services are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical advice, or professional treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.
2. Results
Client success depends on many factors including personal effort, participation, circumstances, and readiness for change.
Because of this, High Potential Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, income changes, emotional results, or life changes.
All coaching tools, frameworks, and strategies are provided for guidance and educational purposes only.
3. Client Responsibility
By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge:
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
Coaching is a collaborative process
Implementation of strategies is solely your responsibility
You will provide accurate information relevant to coaching sessions
4. Payment Terms
All coaching services must be paid in full or according to the payment plan selected at checkout.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the time-based and intellectual nature of coaching services, refunds are not provided once the coaching program or session has begun.
If a client chooses to discontinue participation, remaining sessions are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Scheduling & Cancellation
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions missed without 24 hours notice may be counted as completed.
Repeated missed sessions may result in termination of the coaching agreement without refund.
7. Email / Message Support
If a program includes email or messaging support:
Responses are typically provided within 1–2 business days
Messages are intended for coaching clarification only
Support is not real-time crisis support or emergency response
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through High Potential Coaching, including but not limited to:
worksheets
digital workbooks
frameworks
exercises
session materials
written content
are the intellectual property of High Potential Coaching.
These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, or reproduced without written permission.
Purchase grants a personal-use license only.
9. Confidentiality
We respect client privacy and will not share personal coaching information except:
where required by law
where there is risk of harm to self or others
or with client written consent
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own privacy when communicating via email, video platform, or messaging tools.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
misuse website content
attempt unauthorized access
copy materials for commercial use
use the website for unlawful purposes
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Potential Coaching shall not be liable for:
personal decisions made by clients
indirect or consequential damages
emotional, financial, or professional outcomes
Your use of coaching services is voluntary and at your own discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
